In addition to intercultural knowledge, awareness, and skills, the training includes facilitation techniques to help share that knowledge throughout your organization, reducing reliance on external training programs.
Intended Outcomes:
Stronger Leadership: Workplace leaders gain intercultural awareness to foster inclusive workplaces.
Internal Training Capacity: Participants learn facilitation techniques to sustain learning within their organizations, increasing community-wide capacity for intercultural competence.
