Our Research
Our work is based on community research.
One of the most important things we do is listen to Bow Valley residents from Lake Louise, Banff, Canmore, the Hamlets of Lac des Arcs, Dead Man’s Flats, Exshaw and Harvie Heights, Kananaskis and Mînî Thnî.

This report shows the collective results of the 2025 Workplace Inclusion Charter, showing how local employers are building more inclusive workplaces through shared learning, practical tools, and collective action.
