We’ve got your back! Learn how spinal health and regular exercise help strengthen your back to prevent injuries, reduce pain and keep you moving. Kiley Torti, Active Living Consultant, will be facilitating.

Wear comfortable clothes for practical stretching exercises and bring a yoga/exercise mat to the class (a limited number of mats are available for those in need).
