Blanket Exercise

Join us for a Blanket Exercise, an engaging event designed to help everyone learn about the history and experiences of Indigenous peoples in Canada.

During this hands-on activity, we will use blankets to represent land while exploring important historical events that have impacted Indigenous communities.

This event is about sharing stories, building understanding, and promoting conversations on these vital topics while focusing on wellbeing. It is a chance to reflect, ask questions, and connect with others in a respectful and welcoming environment. Whether you are new to these topics or looking to deepen your understanding, this exercise will foster awareness and empathy.

Everyone is welcome—come with an open mind and heart!
