What difference did the Workplace Inclusion Charter make in 2025?

Sometimes it can be hard to see the progress of inclusion work, both in the workplace and the broader community.

That’s why we asked employers to help us capture that progress. The result is this report, which outlines the collective results of the 2025 Workplace Inclusion Charter.

In 2025, 24 Workplace Inclusion Champions created 70 more inclusive workplaces and reached over 5,986 full-time equivalent employees (that's about 38% of the Bow Valley's entire labour force!)

  • 96% of Workplace Inclusion Champions reported being better connected to community resources to support their team members.

  • 88% of participating workplaces have implemented new or improved inclusion practices or policies

  • 87% reported having a more inclusive and welcoming workplace culture.

  • 96% of participating individuals felt better equipped to advocate for inclusion within their organization.

  • 92% reported more confidence in addressing inclusion challenges.
