Banff Drop-in Sports: Soccer(Sunday)
Come out and join others to kick the ball around in a fun pickup game of soccer. Balls, pinnies and nets are provided
Banff Drop-in Sports: NetBall (Sunday)
Netball is a ball sport played by two teams of seven players. Games are played on a rectangular court with raised goal rings at each end. Each team attempts to score goals by passing a ball down the court and shooting it through its goal ring. Come out and join other locals while working up a sweat and learn a fun new game.
Banff Drop-in Sports: Volleyball (Sunday)
Come out and join others in a fun game of pickup volleyball. You can work on your serves, volleys and setting in a great social setting.
Banff Drop-in Sports: Women's Basketball (Sunday)
Come alone or bring along some friends and join in a casual game of pickup basketball. Basketballs and pinnies are provided.
Free Entry: Banff Park Museum National Historic Site
Free entry to the Banff Park Museum National Historic Site on the 18th and 19th of November with guided tours twice a day. Explore the oldest natural history museum in western Canada. Get face-to-face with Rocky Mountain wildlife! Located in the heart of downtown Banff, the Banff Park Museum houses more than 5,000 vintage botanical and zoological specimens. The Banff Park Museum shows us how natural history was understood in Canada near the end of the Victorian era. Built in 1903, it is the oldest surviving federal building in any Canadian national park.
Motoring Munchkins
You and your child will join other Banff families for a fun morning of warm, indoor unstructured free play. With parent or guardian supervision, your little one will be able to play with others and use the Town’s play equipment including giant Lego blocks, ride-on cars, bouncy balls and more.

In badminton you will use racquets to hit a shuttlecock (or birdie) across a net at your opponent. Badminton can be played one-on-one or as doubles, so come alone or bring a friend. Racquets and birdies are provided. Open to all genders and abilities.

Pickleball is a paddle sport that can be played as singles or doubles and combines elements of badminton, tennis, and ping pong that will have you working hard while having fun! Come on your own or bring a friend.
Hub Bicycle Workshop Night (Canmore, Thursday)
Visit the HUB bicycle workshop to buy a bike, donate a bike or work on your bike!
Our community bicycle workshops in Banff and Canmore give members access to tools and equipment to work on their bikes and learn from volunteer mentors.

This free online group session is an informal conversation about Canadian visas and work permits. This is an opportunity to ask any questions you have about visas, permits, etc.
Community Table Lunch
A community lunch where newcomers and longtime residents can eat and connect with one another over a meal of homemade style soup, salad, bread, fruit, tea and coffee.

This free online group session is for foreign workers who would like to learn more about the permanent residency pathway through the Alberta Opportunity Stream.
