2027 Workplace Inclusion Learning Opportunities

Explore local and online learning opportunities that can help workplaces build practical skills for inclusion, belonging, and respectful workplace culture.

These opportunities are shared by 2026-2027 Bow Valley Workplace Inclusion Charter (WIC) Supporting Agencies and approved training providers. They are available to participating WIC employers, and many are also open to other local employers.

Plan for learning and workplace action

Training is most useful when it leads to action. Before a session, consider:

  • Who should attend, including leaders, supervisors, frontline staff, and different worksites

  • What participants will share back with colleagues

  • One practical workplace change the organization will make

  • How the organization will record attendance and training details

  • What evidence will be needed for WIC submission

For WIC evidence, employers may need a training record or certificate, session agenda or format, learning outcomes, participant names and roles, and a short description of the workplace change or next step.

We will add training opportunities as dates become available. Check back regularly, as we may post new training sessions throughout the year.

Important note: For WIC participants, this page is a starting point. Before registering, review the full requirements for your selected WIC commitment. Training must meet the required learning outcomes, participation thresholds, and evidence requirements.
