Commitment: Ensure at least 70% of your leadership team complete 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusivity training and complete a training evaluation form.
Please complete all of the below requirements.
Part 1: Ensure at least 70% of your leadership team complete 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusivity training & complete a training evaluation form.
To complete this commitment, ensure at least 70% of your leadership team attends one of the training options listed in Resources.
For the purposes of this commitment, Leadership Team means Senior Leaders (C-Suite), Management and Supervisors.
For returning signatories who completed this commitment in 2024, the training is not a specific course or topics, so we encourage organizations to tackle a new topic ensuring 70% of their leadership goes through some sort of DEI training in 2025.
Part 2: After the training, complete the Training Evaluation Form
Submit Evidence When You have Completed This Commitment
Evidence for this commitment must include all of the following:
Name of training provider
List of topics covered
Training method (Online? In person? How long was the session?)
Number of employees who completed the training
Percentage of your Leadership Team that participated (Leadership Team means Senior Leaders (C-Suite), Management, and Supervisors
Identify 3 key learnings you took away from the training
Identify 3 key action items your organization will do to make your workplace more inclusive, including a date to complete these actions by.

How to submit:
Once you have completed each of the above requirements, upload your evidence using our online form as soon as possible. This allows time for review and feedback.
Deadline to submit all evidence for the 2025 WIC: 3PM, Monday, December 1st, 2025.
