Workplace harassment and violence affect employees, employers, and the broader tourism and hospitality community.
They can contribute to staff turnover, absenteeism, reduced productivity, and unhealthy workplace cultures.

Better data helps us build safer, healthier workplaces for everyone.

Organizations with fewer than 50 employees will:
Receive a workplace incident tracker and guidance on how to use it.
Gain a clearer picture of workplace incidents within their organization.
Identify patterns that can help inform organizational prevention efforts.
Demonstrate leadership and commitment to creating safer, more respectful workplaces.
Organizations with 50 or more employees will:
Receive a workplace incident tracker and guidance on how to use it.
Receive confidential, organization-specific insights and recommendations based on their data.
Gain a clearer understanding of patterns, risks, and opportunities for prevention within their organization.
Receive sector-wide insights into common trends and emerging issues.
Help shape future prevention tools, resources, and approaches based on local evidence.
Demonstrate leadership and commitment to creating safer, more respectful workplaces.
